Jackson Lewis Bench-Bar Conference Scholarship

In line with its belief that an inclusive culture makes the legal profession stronger and better, law firm Jackson Lewis launched its inaugural Bench-Bar Scholarship in 2022.  The scholarship is open to ACBA Affinity Group members because Jackson Lewis understands the importance of having a bar that reflects the communities the firm serves.  

The scholarship furthers the Firm's DEI efforts and its participation in the ACBA ALLY Initiative.

Eligibility requirements include the following:

• The scholarship is open only to members of the ACBA’s Diverse Affinity Groups:

  • Asian Attorneys Committee

  • Committee on Diversity and Inclusion

  • Hispanic Attorneys Committee

  • Homer S. Brown Division

  • LGBTQ+ Rights Committee

• Applicants must be in their first 10 years of practice.

• Attorneys whose employers are Bench-Bar Conference sponsors are not eligible.

• The scholarship covers conference registration, only. The winner will be responsible for lodging.
